I never til this day received my last order. I have sent several emails since 12.20/23 only for them to go unanswered. I have been ordering with this company for years and love the products. I’ve tried so many masks and I’m talking HIGH END masks $100+ and I still come back to this mask. I’ve recommended it to several family members and friends who also struggle with acne and acne scarring and they too have repurchased this mask multiple times. Once I got my acne under control I had such bad scarring, red dots on my face that were embarrassing and using this mask x2-x3 a week has done wonders. I also use it to keep my blackheads away. This is my very first time buying from muddy body and finding the muddy body relax mask has really changed my skin care routine completely. My skin was very itchy when it was drying, even after I washed it off. I have contacted them about it and they told me to use more water and if the itchiness continues, to discontinue use. As of now, I see no difference, but I haven't used it a lot.

This mask worked wonders for my skin. In just a week I saw a drastic difference in my skin. My scars have been fading away and my skin feels very smooth.

I've been using Muddy Body for a little over 3 years now, specifically the Relax and Refresh ones--they've drastically changed the state and texture of my skin. HOWEVER, the last 2 or 3 times I've ordered Relax, I've had issues with the consistency of the mask. It makes no difference whether I add tons and tons, or VERY little water...the mixture always comes extremely gritty, like sand. The mask seems to form two layers--the top being watery while underneath remains VERY sandy and no amount of mixing changes this... I can't get the mask to go on evenly or smoothly because of this, and the mask ends up taking itself off as I apply more. I NEVER had this problem before and was always able to get a smooth application. I feel like I'm not receiving the maximum amount of benefits from the mask since it's going on so chunky and uneven. Also I sometimes find large, white chunks of a chalky substance in the powder which is odd and again, never happened to me before...but I figured this had to be one of the ingredients used. I'm not sure if they've changed the way they mix Relax together or if they tweaked the formula altogether, but I grow more and more disappointed with each and every use of my Relax mask.
