Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns
- We do not accept returns on products that have been opened/used.
We would be happy to offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances.
- If you receive your products damaged and/or are missing any products in your order, please be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7-10 days of delivery.
- If your package is marked delivered, but you have not received it, please email email@example.com within 7-10 business days of delivery.
If your Muddy accessory (brush, headwrap, etc.) breaks, we will provide a replacement if your order was placed within three months.
If you are interested in a return or exchange, please notify us within 30 days from the time your order was placed.
Muddy Body will not be responsible for resending your package if an incorrect address was provided at the time your order was placed.
- Muddy Body is not responsible for providing a refund once products have left our facility.
