With all the uncertainty going on in the world right now, we want you to know that we are here for you! Here are a few updates that we think are important for you to know:
We have made the proper and necessary changes following CDC recommendations. These changes ensure that our staff and loyal customers (that’s YOU!) are safe and protected- always!
Your orders are being packaged- with love- and shipped out daily without delay! The Muddy Body fulfillment center is functioning as normal and is being cleaned daily and adhering to CDC guidelines and regulations. Our Muddy Packing team is maintaining strict hygiene standards, using gloves and masks during the pack out process.
There are currently no delays in terms of order processing times. We are shipping out orders Monday-Friday. In efforts to alleviate some stress during this time of uncertainty, we are currently offering free domestic shipping on orders with code: MBFAM. For more information and updates from our shipping partners, please visit DHL.com and USPS.com.
