Muddy Body guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, Muddy Body will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'. Muddy Body does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. You can check the status of your delivery via the tracking number provided on your confirmation shipping email. If your package is returned to us for various reasons, Muddy Body will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs may be applied.
The recipient of the package must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees from the respective countries. All additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient, not Muddy Body. Since customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
•If you wish to cancel your order, you must send us a cancellation notice immediately.
•Please send us an email to with subject order "Order Cancellation" to firstname.lastname@example.org within three hours of placing your order to ensure that your order has not yet been shipped out. Your order will only be cancelled and refunded if you send us an email within this time period.
•If your package is received with damaged or missing contents, you have 5 business days to send us an email with a picture explaining the issue.
•Muddy Body will not issue a refund after the product has been shipped and deemed "delivered" to the address specified on your order. If the customer fails to give the correct address on their order, Muddy Body is not liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
•Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders or combined with any other discounts. Code must be applied at checkout to qualify and cannot be added to previous orders once placed.
•Address changes must be made within three hours from the time of purchase. Please email email@example.com with any changes to your existing order.
